Default Formula to WS6

Is it very hard to convert my formula to a WS6. All im talkin about is the ram air. What all would i have to get to do this if at all possible. I already know i have to get a hood but what else would i have to do to make it ram air? Would it even be worth doing or should i just get a CAI?

a formula ws6 is same thing as a normal formula just one that has the ws6 package from slp. rims, hood, blistein shocks and catback thats about it if im not wrong. ram air and an aftermarket intake work almost the same just ram air is a slight better because its direct air.

I think your thinking of the Firehawks. The WS6's were built by ASC and the differences are the 17x9 rims, functional Ram Air Hood with Ram Air Induction, stiffer DeCarbon shocks, stiffer springs (a little lower ride height), 1LE sway bars, and the badge.

You would need the Ram Air Induction setup and that rubber thing that connects the MAF to the Throttle Body I forget the name. If your gonna get a WS6 hood you might as well put it to use by going with a Ram Air setup over a CAI.

I really, like 90% sure, thought SLP made WS6 in 96 and 97. Also the Firehawks in 92, then more in the 4th gen, after 98 as well.

SLP made the WS6 in 96-97. thats why you cant get build #s from ASC on the LT1's. I also thought SLP still made the Hawks all the way to 2002 IIRC.

It wasnt untill 98 that ASC started making the WS6 cars, SLP still built the Hawks and SS cars.
