UGH almost have stock manis off... BUT
The gay *** EGR bolt holding an egr tube on in the back of the manifold is not coming out. I believe it is a size 13.. I can't get a socket in there only a wrench.. Does any body have any Idea what size bolt that is? Size 13 goes on perfect but slips on the top.... Should I use a vise grip and try to turn it out? I ordered Jet hot with emissions....

Break the damn bolt if you have too, it's a common style.
That bolt was a pain in the ***, iirc. I seem to remember it was easier to get from the bottom than the top, I just got a wrench in there and went to town. It's either 12 or 13

Take the tube off the intake side then work on that side when its on the work bench. That is if it will let the manifold still fit to be taken out. Since I have yet to do the header swap I am not sure how tight of a fit the manifolds are.

The bolt is threaded into the manifold I sprayed it last night and came back this morning and tryed to break it loose with a vise grip, that didnt happen. I don't know if my wrenches where shitty or what but the one time I tried the wrench the top it must have mauled the bolt so now no wrench works on it. Everything was going good expect for this bolt. god dammit. I'm so pissed. Why the hell is there a EGR tube back there anyways

Set the headers in there, then put in the plugs while you can still move them around, at least that's what I've done the times my headers have come in and out. It's easiest that way because you can't put in the plugs before you put the headers in (or you risk breaking plugs) and putting them in with the headers bolted on is fun too lol
