Default Car cuts out at part/half throttle and almost instantly happens at WOT.

I think it's fuel delivery related. Is it likely a bad fuel pump?

Oh, and when it does pull for the one second under WOT, it pulls like a Civic. Would this also point to a bad or failing pump?

You have a list of things to check, could be valve timing/lash, bad opti, 02s, coil, bad plug wire, fouled plugs. How many miles on the car with the stock fuelpump (assuming it's stock)? Post up what all you've checked because you don't have enough to go by right now, you'll just get a lot of replies like mine of dozens of potentials.

I would start with the fuel filter. If its running normal at light throttle and not any other time then the filter may be clogged and simpily need replacing.

+ 2 for fuel filter. My car does the same thing when it is starving for fuel.

Just go buy a fuel press. gauge from local a/p store, that'll rule out the pump or filter...or in lol

Just to eliminate at few, it's not the timing/lash, or plugs/wires. The fuel pump is an 240 lph from walbro, but it's old. I just changed the fuel filter and it did nothing.

That leaves 02's, coil, and fuel pump.

It's not the coil. Could be O2s, but highly doubtful. It just run rich as hell fouls plugs and makes it skip. Fuel pump? Good possibility. I'd check the EGR also. It is known to make the LT1 run like death for no apparent reason. Also, are you throwing the SES light?
