Default Cam install parts???

hello,
im going to be getting a gm847 cam but im not quite sure what valvetrain parts to get...this is what i have on my list, but if there is something missing or wrong can you please tell me and i cant find a timing chain set for my 94 4mula i always find for a 93 or 95-97...

cc pro-mag RR 1.6 Non S/A 3/8 stud
cc 3/8 Rocker arm stud
cc 918 valve springs
cc valve spring 10 degree retainer
cc valve spring 10 degree locks
cc hardened push rods

You need to also get the beehive locators. You might as well do the valve seals while you're in there as well. There have been some pretty major issues with the comp 918 valve springs. You might be better off getting some PAC 1218 or 1518 beehives. Check out the group purchase section on www.camaroz28.com for more info.

Remember to look at your fron cam bearing, it will tell you how the engine has worn, i have swapped cams then just to somehow get low oil pressure, sux.

your car already has hardened pushrods from the factory. I never swapped mine out [then again I have a young engine so Im not against it]

I say that $40 is cheap insurance for some new hardened pushrods.

Get a set of PAC-1218s instead of the 918s. They work with the rest of the hardware you posted too.
