Question What cam?

What cam should i get if i have a 96 M6 Trans Am with a newly built 355 LT1 with every bolt on out there:

4.10 gears in newly completly rebuilt 10-bolt
SVO 30lb injectors
58mm throttle body intake bored to match
K&N filter, Ramair intake box
EGR delete
Aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure regulator
3 inch exhaust
pacesetter headers
High Fow Magnaflow Cats
Taylor Wires
MSD Distributor
New Clutch
etc....

I still want it to be somewhat streetable since i drive it everyday, and i plan on getting a tune anyways, so what cam would produce the most power for me?

With stock heads I would choose a cam no bigger than the cc503 224/230 or your sacrificing usable power and drivability.

I saw a car go 36x horsepower on a dyno with a bad tranny with a LE2 cam only. Hopefully a buddy of mine Issac will chime in for you. The car will be capable of a really low 12 sec. pass.

cc306 and GM847 are huge for stock heads, and you wouldn't be maximizing the potential of them unless you got your heads professionally ported...

When you say that the stock heads have been rebuilt, what has been done to them?

I'm still not too clear on what was done...By new components do you mean valves, valve job, springs, seals, locks, retainers, guide plates, rocker studs and rockers, and any porting, etc...Your Fquick mentions polished heads and a "big" cam...

Don't make the mistake of over camming your motor. Smaller cams can have nice results on stock heads or ported. Plus they can drive almost like stock.
