What would a 383 LT4 Put out?

What would a 383 LT4 Put out? Numbers wise? Friend has one built and he's decided to go in another direction.
It's my understanding that it's pretty much a stock headed engine except with 11:1 compression and a 220/230 112LSA cam. What kind of power would it make? Better question is what kind of torque would it make? 400hp/450lbs of torque?

dont go by dyno numbers that much for example my LT4 only makes 451 rwhp and 366 rwtq and it went 10.73 the first time out with it(near full weight 3450 lbs)
with some weight reduction and a better 60ft and some more tunning I think it will go 10.30`s
that combo should make close to 400 rwhp
