haha AirFoil is all it is. I thought this would be something interesting 
I've never heard of anyone losing power with one, but since I HAVE heard of people losing power with a CutOut, I believe anything is possible.

not going to give you huge gains but i think it helps speed airflow up seems like it would cut down on turbulance. i never did a before and after but with a K&N cai, 1LE elbow, and the air foil i made 275.8 to the wheels with 110K miles.
