This is the Grinding that I had to do on the Rear Calipers to get the 15" Draglites to clear..

This is the Car on the Rims.. I need to get a better spot with a better light angle and take some more pics..

lookin good! its hard to see but what tires? size? slicks/dr's?

hey you probably know this but i noticed in the 2nd pic that your fender is kicked out underneith the z28 badge on the driver side. that is from jacking up the car on the metal that says "do not jack here" next to the lift point. you can tap that baby back in with a hammer and that fender will sit flush with your door again.

I don't Jack the car on that spot.. I Jack it up on the Frame Rails. The piece of Metal that the Fender bolts to was indeed bent, as well as the lower Fender broken under there. I think it was from hitting something.. I fixed it shortly after that, looks like new.

yea theres a plastic pad that you jack from right behind that lips for the fender bolts, but the numerous "certified" techs dont know how to read anything thats on the car besides the vin #

Looks Killer Merv! Good Job with grinding the calipers down. I used a dremel on a buddies and MAN did it take for ever! But it was worth it in the end!
But BTW....

Yeah, I messed up a fender on 1 of my old camaro's by doing this! I was 16 at the time and it was my 1st Camaro and I jacked it up on the pinch weld and crushed the fender...Hell it actually fell off the jack stand and Demolished my fender.

But hey I was only 16 and really had NO business even working on a car then. I then graduated at 18 and then shortly went to school to become a technician and have been a Tech. for 4 years now..... So it's a live and learn type of thing. But to all of the NEWBIES- Don't do it!

Looks like *** merv. Mine looks better....and it's faster than your piece. Just get a stick and beat that fender in that has absolutely nothing to do with your new wheels.
