Damn good looking!

My 94 could use the same treatment. +1 on what you used to clean it, and how you went about it.

How did you go about doing it? I don't want to mess up the optispark hosing it down with water.

looks great man

Im sure he did it the same way everyone does it. Take your time, and using a rag soaked with engine degreaser/ mean green or whatever, clean up all the gunk. Scrub everything real good. DO NOT hose down the engine bay. I've never done it, but i will never try it either with the opti.

If you spend some time on it (maybe polish your fuel rails too) you can get it looking pretty damn good:

I used lots of time, rags and goof off, simple green, windex. armor all, and then some Mothers showtime on the paint.. Still needs work, When I got the car the entire engine bay was covered in that nasty sticky undercoating.

MY Car is a Real 96 WS6 Ram Air for those wondering about the intake. Its stock.

You can go ahead and take the AIR pump out and SHOULD be able to remove all the big rubber hoses for it as well w/o causing EGR issues. The AIR one is easy since it doesn't throw any codes, apparently you just unplug it and leave the fuse in. Mind you, it's came back on mine, but after I had removed my AIR ****, my idle was SOOO smooth. It was like a new car heh I couldn't believe it. But the stumble is back, and I deal with it
