Default Mcleod adjustable question

okay i got one with the car I just purchased, it is a new unit and the tranny is currently out of the car. My question is should I go ahead and install it or keep the stock one in and possibly look at getting the new Tick one when i get some more money? I have been looking at a few threads about it and have read some good feedback and some bad. just looking for some opinions.

Is it the new Gen II Mcleod unit? They have been completely redisigned from the ground up. If it's a Gen I design see what Mcleod will do for you.

im not too sure if you can tell by looking at it or not, if its been working fine and theres no leaks at the bottom of the base inisde the car just leave it alone. Ive rebuilt mine with the newer parts and its been working fine for about a year and a half now.

its not on the car right now but the tranny is out. i was tryin to decide if i wanted to take my chance with it or sell it. im planin on doin the drill mod right now and figured if i was to install it its now or never. so far it looks like the new tick performance one has been getting a lot of good feedback and im really thinkin about goin that way.

Had my Mcleod master in for about 6 years and 35,000 miles. Never been out of the car since. No problems.
