Cartek clutch?

Default Cartek clutch?

I'm in starting to put my cartek clutch in,does anyone no which side the prssure plate goes it has the splines sticking out on one end the other side is flat which side goes to the flywheel?Trying to get most of this done tonight so any help would be great.

Are you talking the hub on the disc? The part that stick out faces the rear of the car, the flat side faces the engine...maybe that will help you....

just installed mine last week:

flywheel only goes one way.
clutch disc has an extended hub on one side. the long side goes to the BACK of the car
pressure plate only goes one way(logically)

should have mine running tomorrow if i can bleed the damned clutch.... :o)

Yeah I think he's talking clutch disc, not pressure plate.

Thanx everyone for the help,as far as bleeding the clutch I would pick up a remote bleeder one the sponsers on the board sells them very good product saves alot of headache.

It's under Corvette but fits F-Bodies also.

You may be able to install it without removing anything(trans and slave) but it's a tight fit. You just unscrew the bleeder and install the line into the slave. The end of the line is where you will now loosen and tighten to bleed the system.

I've added our remote bleeder to the F-Body section of our website now, as well.
