To anyone ordering an MGW shifter...
The email provided mgwltd@mgwltd.com is not working.
I ordered a shifter a few weeks back and got an order confirmation email. That's it.
No emails have been responded to - and no phone calls have been answered.
Just a little buyer beware info. Perhaps phone them when ordering. Speak to SOMEONE. I am wondering if somethings up with the company?

Im sure yours will be coming in anytime soon, i got a call a day after i ordered saying they were out of stock and said money will no be charged until the item ships.

Just be patient. I waited over a month for my Monster Stage 3 from a vendor and all I had was a confirmation email too. I eventually sent an email and it took a couple of days to get a response saying what happened. Monster ran out of pressure plates and were waiting for more from the builder.
Just to give you a heads up MGW is not just a shifter shop. They are a big fabrication shop. The owners son makes the shifters as a side project. Something may have just delayed it.

Its not a new design.. The stick slides into a hole and doesnt bolt in place like stock. You can seat it all the way in or leave it up a bit. I wouldnt reccomned going too high or it wont clamp the stick very well.. It is not fixed in one place is the point. Are you asking how much shorter than stock location to the top of the threads on each when properly installed? You could very easily weld an extension or cut it down if you wanted as the stick is as strait as an arrow.
