Default Best Organic style clutch ??

Im currently doing a ls1 into Toyota truck conversion, this time im fitting a turbo, and want to work out the best clutch available, it needs to have a little bit of give (as in not ON OFF) as its a winch challenge truck. I've been looking at the ACT clutch does any have experience with them, especially keen to hear from any 1 with high torque figures

How much power are we talking and what is your budget?

Without taking money into consideration:

Stock flywheel and the RST would probably be best if you don't plan on excessive slipping.

I've had great luch with ram stuff over the years.
Their 300/900 disk was a great daily driver and took 540ftlbs flywheel

Same combination is getting 550ish rwhp, i can get a NPC clutch to do the job here in Aus just looking at options.

Do a dual friction setup like a Spec 2+ or something similar for best results. If you have the cash, a street type twin disc is never a bad way to go either.

Look into Monster clutches. Once I got my stage 3 broken in it pretty much drives like a normal clutch.

I have an ACT behind my 383. It did very good until my son hot-lapped it at the strip last spring. It's going to have to be replaced real soon and I also put one behind my C5 Z06 but it has never performed well since I put it in. Don't think I'm going to go that route again so I'm looking at all of the options. I want something that'll hold but I want the pedal feel to be close to stock and I insist upon smooth stock engagement. I don't want any nonsense BS chatter even during a supposed break-in period. My wife has to be able to drive it if she gets the urge.
