what shift light does everyone run?
I was looking at a few different ones, requirements are must be small, bright, and multiple settings. the raptor performance shift light looks like a solid piece, I was also looking at the msd 8963 and the 89631. What have you guys used? Looking to mount it in my vent duct of my 01 trans am.
Thanks, Jeremy

I personally like the Harlan shift light and the last couple I purchased were purchased through tunedbyfrost.com, here is the direct link to it off their website.

Raptor in vent above head unit...
in the pic one of the louvers is in the way , its where I was holding my phone to take this picture - when driving it I can see it well , plus the pic was taken key on which just makes the leds cycle one at a time vs all lighting at once when setpoint rpm is reached , so that's just one led of the 10 or so that light up for a shift command.

Bringing this thread back up......
It appears that the Raptor light is about $50 more than the Harlan. Is the Harlan difficult to program the desired RPM for shift? The Raptor looks more straight forward, but I'm not sure it would be a $50 difference. Is there something else I'm missing that would be a reason for the price difference in the two?
