Default Rebuilt TDP T56 big leak!

Have a t56 that was fully rebuilt by TDP and installed. Less than 20 miles later noticed a HUGE leak out of the output shaft seal. Replaced slip yoke on drive shaft (and universal joints) to a longer slip yoke and it still leaks like a mother.
TDP said that the rear output seal and bushing was replaced and should not leak.
What gives?
I was also told to fix it I was going to have to pull the trans and send it BACK to texas with another $200 round trip shipping.......

Could only really be the bushing or seal, but the seal is your last line of defense, so it should be doing it's job. I would replace the seal yourself and go from there, it's not hard to replace. Though it seems pretty ridiculous to make you pay shipping both ways especially if it's something they messed up.

I have seen this many times. How did your original slip yoke go in? Easily? forced? Any rust when it went in? Pull the driveshaft out and take a pic of the inside and see if the bushing is contacting the seal.

Just got off the phone with Matt. He said he was going to cover the shipping costs. Not sure if there was misunderstanding on that part but Jason/Matt will do whatever it takes to make this right for you. Good luck bud.

Thanks guys. They called me back and were very professional about i and offered any help parts or labor wise and said for me to keep them updated.
I am going to rip the driveshaft out along with the seal and take a look inside. Both yokes were brand new and had no resistance going in. Will update later on tonight after done with current customer car.
