Default What's the latest and greatest daily driver/strip warrior clutch for 600+rwhp?

Just wondering what all the 6 speed daily driver's who also drag race recomend? I have a RAM HD but I think it's only rated for 600 flywheel HP. From searching I thing the Mcleod Dual disc, Textralia and Spec 5 are the ones for FI over 600-what do you guys suggest?

I've only heard good things about the Textralia clutches. They are expensive but I know some big number cars are using them with no issues. Supposedly the clutch feels like the stocker.

I am running my Spec stg 3 with 600/500 at the wheels! Probably going with Textralia when this one goes!

We've been doing SPEC 5's in all the high hp cars (600+hp) and everybody has loved them.Seem to last the longest and have excellent streetability.

I totally forgot about the Cartek-I'm just not fond of playing with an adjustable master-I wish they would come out with a shim or something. What about the problem with the specs blowing up-is this just an isolated incident?

We're using a Textralia in a car making about 500 RWHP. It drive like stock, and I am thrilled with it...

I know of folks making quite a bit more who are quite happy with them.

In contrast to ddnspider, I'm not really aware of "quite a few people" who is displeased with any of Textralia's products. If there were I feel pretty certain Pete would have moved heaven and earth to ensure they were nothing but satisfied.

I follow all of them pretty closely, and so far the only one I've seen is a few threads down, and it's yet to be determined if the clutch itself is at fault.

But have any FI guys used the Textralia though? The FI guys make alot more torque than the N/A guys.
