Default clutch pedal springs

How many springs are there supposed to be on the clutch pedal arm? And can anyone tell me the part number for them. I only have what looks like one and from what it looks like there should be two.

There's only one, but it has two tabs. It should look something like this:

I know, I have a bright future as a design artist.

Search appears to be borked, so I can't find the thread(s) where I bought mine to give you the part number. I bought mine from GM Parts Direct.

I broke mine 5 times and the service records can prove it..
I was trying to get GM to design a better or make a better parts for it but they seem to be presistant in just repairing it.... oh well warranty covers each time and the last repair is still in there and still going strong for about 10k miles now... *KNOCK ON WOOD*

I replaced mine once and will never do it again. You dont really need it if there is enough pressure on the pedal to push it back up. I havent had any problems with it off. Just my $.02.....
