Now I was told by some people that I can run the RP Syncromax tranny fluid in my T-56.

As I was Changing my oil i noticed that there is a sticker on the tranny that says use only DEX III ATF, or something like that.

Is it ok to use the RP Syncromax? Will it hurt my Tranny?

(by the way my tranny is all stock)

no it will work fine. i put it in mine and it works great.

If you T56 is completly stock and pre 01 Id becareful what you use its not hard to seriously **** off the paper blocker ringsI made the mistake of running Redline in mine and it wasnt even 3 months later she was pulled out for a rebuild... not track time just daily driving

85k miles with synthetic fluid (first M1 at 8k then RP Synchromax at 30k). Never had a problem. Changed trans fluid approx every 30k after switching to RP.

I use it on my Built T56... Sometimes shiftig is a little stiff. Prolly the tranny still breaking in or not as much friction modifer in the RP.
