gm offered ebony from 00-02 ..if you ordered the Hurst shifter for $325 you got a kool black Hurst ****...12562942..to match your ebony...

the Hurst was first offered in 99...that year only offered graphite...so did GM put in a graphite ****?? if so...please post the part number of the elusive 1999 Hurst ****

Question

I am trying to find an OEM replacement too for my 1999, 30th Anniversary Edition. It too looks more Grey than Black. Trying to find the OEM **** to keep it all OEM. Can anyone help?

Just left the GM dealership with Part # 12562942, F-****... $242.88. The parts manager said it was for the ****, thinking it is for the whole shifter set? This part number came up when he punched in my vin#. Just purchased this car and got back from driving it back from Wyoming to Ohio. One of the few items I want to replace. Love this car.

The Hurst **** was offered late in the 1999 model year. (Probably after they knew the interior would go black.)

My car was manufactured in July of 1999 and I couldn't get the option.

think again... that's just the ****. My uncle that works in the parts department of our local dealer priced one for me awhile back and I almost busted out laughing and asked him to tell me the real price X_X
