Take it easy for the first 500 miles, just drive normal, no WOT, you will feel the clutch engagement come up from right off the floor. Then after that beat it hard wait... that doesnt sound right... beat on the CAR hard.

Im just taking it easy on the taking off from a stop, and Im shifting nice and easy. Once its clamped, I feel ok to roll into WOT. Im not snapping the throttle open or anything.
My pedal has started to move up...Im at about 150 miles now. But I have an adjustable master cylinder so Im not sure where it was "supposed" to start anyway. I like it so far. Shifting is still alittle notchy, but Im not sure thats the clutch anymore...

For the first 500 miles, I drove mine a little easier than normal when getting going, but wasn't afraid to give it the beans on the highway. I've got almost 1,000 on it now and haven't had a problem with it. She grabs pretty damn hard and is back to chirping 2nd and 3rd when I'm on it.

I think i actually broke my clutch in for about 200 miles before i started driving like an ******* again. It works fine but its best to give it the whole 500. I guess the big question would be how patient are you?
You DO need both city and highway driving for it to break in properly.
Just dont do any launches, if yo're already in gear then you can go wot if u want to

I didn't wait long when I installed mine. I did "baby" it from a stop, and avoided hard downshifts and clutch dumps, obviously. Just drive what others refer to as "normally"
Mine started off pretty low to the ground, but came up quickly to the stock height. It is safer to take it easy for x number of miles, but it is all about feel. This clutch can go right in with very little break in period if you ask me.

500 miles of city driving, or 2 hours trying to cross a 2 mile border crossing on a bridge with customs holding up traffic lol
Highway miles don't do much for the break-in, it's stop and go that breaks it in properly.

After about 250-300 miles my pedal was up noticeably farther than it was after initially installing it.
After about 150 miles, I gave it a decent romp from 1st to 4th. No hard launch and definitely no power shifting and it held perfectly.
I'm now at about 600 or so miles and I've had no problems with it. I'm very happy with it.

I put about 700 until I let into it. I was drving mostly highway and didn't see much city til I had about 300 on the new clutch. The only thing I noticed was the trans liked jumping out of 2nd on 1-2 shifts if I wasn't well into the gas (trans rebuild). I'm trying to see if I can work out a date to the track before test and tune nights end schedule not matching up. I replaced the ls1clutch well before it needed to but the ls7 does grap harder at wot shifts but I haven't done a full launch but not worried.
ps I had full pedal from the beginning except I have a s10 master cylinder not the camaro.

I just drove "normal" (geez how do you describe normal to people like us?) for about 200 miles. The more traffic the better, so you can engage and disengage more, that breaks it is faster, after that no problems at all for two years including drag racing with a turbo. HOWEVER...... the Procharged 416 did finish it off
