Next Central IL Hooters get together 5/21/05 I set this up with Hooters last night. We are good to go for 5/21/05 At 2:00. The last time we did this the weather sucked but we still had a good turnout and a good time.

I confirmed everything with Hooters today. We will get the front of the parking lot blocked off just for us. They even think they will put us up on the banner to attract more attention.
So far the weather looks much better than the last one.

I'm going to try and make it up there as well. 
It kind of depends on how some troubleshooting goes this weekend though, so we'll see.

My car is back together. The clutch is in and I have about 90 miles on it. Spec said 1000 breakin miles on this one. 910 miles to racing again (in my best rain man voice)
. I will probably be there one way or another. Sounds like fun.

Me and my friend will probably be coming, he has a 1994 camaro with an LS1 and i have a 1991 z28, but i will probably just ride w/ him. I came last time and enjoyed myself. Hope to see you all there. Never drove to Bloomington, but from what I remember i just hit I-74 west towards peoria?

Yep 74 west to veterans parkway north. Turn left at the Cub foods (Eastland drive I think) and you will run into Hooters in about a mile.

Steve, do you know how late people plan on hanging around there? There's a local event that got rescheduled to the 21st that I need to attend as well, but I'm hoping I can make it to both.

Okay, I just heard a rumor that the other gathering was cancelled. If that's the case, I'll be there on time, potentially with a couple more F-bodies. I'm trying to pressure another buddy with a nice RX7 into making the trip as well, but he's got some tuning issues to work out before he takes it to the highway.
