Default Shotgun deer hunting season 2006

How did everyone else do?
Friday morning at 7am I dropped a nice size 8 pointer in Adams County.

On Saturday at 10:45am my dad got a smaller 8 pointer.

I didn't weigh it but that SOB was heavy dragging it 2-2 1/2 miles back to the truck. The gut at the butcher shop said the neck was a 26. I am not a trophy hunter so I don't understand the scoring aspect of it. All I know is I got a lot of meat from it. I may have a cookout this spring.

Thanks Vince. I cracked open a beer as soon as I got it back to the truck.

get some deer sausage made and some snack sicks...then send me some damnit!

My buddy has three so far this season...two with bow, one with shotgun. He needs a "new" license.
