We need to know more about your car and what you plan to do with it. I would personally go with the LQ9 block because of the potential to take it out to a stroker later on, but that depends on your plans for the car. Let us know and we can offer some more advice.

Things you need to swap over from your busted LS1
-intake, TB, fuel rail & injectors (if keeping the stock intake)
-oil pan, windage tray, pick up tube, dipstick
-water pump, ps pump, alt, balancer
-motor mounts
Things I would do to it if I were you before you swapped it in
-bolt on L92/LS3 heads & LS3/L76 intake
-custom cam
-1 7/8" long tube headers
That right there has the potential to be a ~470rwhp car.

I could go with an used lq9 pull out motor then purchases l92 heads and l76/ls3 intake and some longtubes or I can go with a ls6 crate motor from one of our sponsors on here what's you guys opinion and why thanks

Hey guys quick question, I'm getting the lq9 motor , the l92 heads and l76 intake with supporting accessories , and headers I'll save the cam for a later date due to the fact I want to get a torque converter with a bigger stall before I go with a cam , what type of power gains will I be lookin at with the lq9 , l92 heads , l76 intake and headers using my ls1 cam for now ?
