Default Got My Camaro Fully Dynoed Finally. Numbers Sound Okay?

Last dyno tune they never finished due to a bad fuel pump causing my car to run extremely lean. Came back with my new fuel pump, and after the dynojet dynotune i came out at 335rwhp and 350 ft. lbs. of torque. Does this sounds right with the mods i have? Mods in sig.

Remember dynos are just a testing tool. The true test of HP is on the track. Each dyno is going to be different and give you different outputs, some read high and some read low. Thats why your best bet is to take it to the track, this will give you a good idea as to what kind of power your car is making.

I have similar mods as you do and put down 336 last week. Are you using an LS1 intake manifold?

Doesn't seem too off to me...only engine mods are LTs/exhaust and a lid. Figure 310rwhp stock, +20rwhp with exhaust and lid and +5-10rwhp with the tune, factor in dyno variance, and sounds close to normal.

Sounds good with an LS1 intake. Mods and rwhp in my sig, not far off.

Close but could be a little better. My '02 made 342/364 with lid, headers, cat-back, and tune.

That could easily be a difference in dynos or weather conditions though.

That seems about right. Your a 98, I dynoed 330rwhp on a mustang dyno when I had headers, which is basically what you have. So your in abouts the right area for your mods.

You did better than me fella. When I had Full Exhaust catted with an LS1 intake on my 99 back in the day, mine put down 330whp 339ft/lbs. It sounds about right to me, get a LS6 manifold if you want to make closer to 350whp. Also like posted above, a true test of the cars potential is the track and not the dyno.

sorry, i kind of forgot about this thread haha. Yes my exhaust now is satanically loud. However, easy fix to that is just swapping out mufflers. I love the sound of my exhaust the wa y it is, but someday i'll be putting in a Borla XR-1 racing muffler just for some backpressure and tone

Thanks for the props, opinions, and advice. I now have the LS6 intake with P+P TB and K&N FIPK, and i'll be getting dynoed again soon. Hopefully i'll get right around 350 haha. Wish me luck!
