I just bought these parts, and im wondering how difficult it is to install by myself?

what will I need to help me?

Should I have a mechanic just do it for me?

It's an extremely simple install. All you'll need are screwdrivers.

Your car's MAF sensor has to push into the neck of the lid. It's a really tight fit and you have to be careful not to crack the lid. It helps to use a hair dryer on the neck of the lid to heat up the plastic and make it a little more flexible.

Even doing it the first time, you should be able to do it in under 30 minutes.

The only stubborn part was that neck lid. I held it over a space heater gently for a bit turning it till it loosened the plastic some. It isn't coming off now lol. good first mods.

Yep make sure you use a hair dryer on the neck, makes it a whole lot easier. Also MAKE SURE you don't mess with anything in the actual MAF when you try to push it in the lid.

If you need a mechanic to install a lid for you, you need to sell your car...
