Cheapest I've found is gmpartsdirect.com, truck MAF
(screened) or Z06 MAF (no screen) are both about a
hundred bucks. You will have to tune for these to work
right ("noncalibrated" = calibrated for other application),
pig rich without.

You will also need a 5-pin MAF to 3-pin harness adaptor
pigtail, which you can get from Casper's (or resold through
Pace).

You could remove the resistor and just use the
truck table. The SLP adaptor harness does not
connect the in-MAF IAT but is otherwise OK.
For least-added-cost, I would just ditch the
resistor if you have a soldering iron, tweezers
and any manual dexterity.

The Z06 MAF went screenless in '02. I have
posted a little data I found on the Web, in the
PCM forum before. The truck and Z06 do not
seem to differ all that much but some sources
indicate a higher flow per freq on the descreened
Z06. This may have more to do with tract bends
than straight-line air metering differences.
