Poll: Which spark plugs to use? Just wondering what the best plug is to use in my 99 SS? All stock execpt for FRA, TB bypass, SLP LM, SLP lid and bellow.

Go with the NGK TR 55's. They're inexpensive, reliable, and proven. Don't buy into that platinum crap. Platinum's aren't the best for our high compression/output engines. Only advantage to a platinum is supposed longer life... but what the hell changing plugs on these things isn't hard at all.

i just bought some ngk tr55...cheap...apparently these platinum plugs run more risk of causing detonation due to the high temp of the plug. however it is said they will last longer...
