what is this document? i had found this in the manual holder thing. Its the T/A

looks to me like a "birth certificate" i've never seen one of those before

That's the build sheet, or the main documentation the factory uses to assemble your car to the order specification... Keep ahold of it!

i have one. i dont know why. but it was in with my owners manual and stuff. didnt think much of it, but now...i realize im now so much better than all of you who dont have your cars birth ceritficate. what bad parents! shame on you! j/k

where can i get one of those????
I believe there is one on top of the gas tank and also under one of the seats. Back seat maybe? Not sure on the f-bodies but on the corvette's they were on top of the gas tank.

In the third gens, they were usually under the seat. I haven't found the one for the SS yet.

Man, now I want to go rip the carpet up and see if I can find mine. I found the one in my 91 when I was doin my stereo, hopefully I can find this one.
