Default 6 speed

The other day I dove my buddys car.. 6 speed. It has around 380 rwhp.. but man it feels like its faster that my car even on the bottle... Do the 6 speeds feel like that. I have never driven a 6 speed the powerful.

Btw I have a A4.. last i dynoed 410 w/o cam and headers.

yeh manuals always feel faster..its like night and day faster.

Mine M6 is fast for the mods it has.

they seem faster. my old 96 ta was modded up nicely, but it was an a4. when i got my formula, i was like whoaaa.. youre more in control i think so you feel like you have more power.

As was stated they are faster from a roll because you can downshift early and hold the gear, plus they have a slightly lower powertrain loss. From a standing start (where it MATTERS imo), however, it's a WHOLE different story. ESPECIALLY with a converter.

anything over 5mph is a CLEAR adv to the stick

and stock vs stock the m6 is faster

100 nx ... i dynoed 398 / 470 tq.. heated up the bottle more 410/479
