The 85mm Delphi MAFs' tail will fit into the stock
accordion bellows, with enough care & persuasion.
But you're not asking the right question, which is
"why bother?". It's not likely to gain you anything,
though depending on what you buy you might gain
some tuning hassles. Descreening a spare set of
standard (do not "port"!) ends and trying them out,
is a whole lot less likely to suck, cheaper and
reversible (swap on & off at will).

Yeah, without other mods to increase your engine's breathing, the MAF won't gain much. MAF and TB together might help with a cam, but probably not without one.
An aftermarket lid will help a fair amount and is worth the money, but 'big' isn't something you need in the lid, just a smooth interior without baffles.
