Ported my own TB got a PIC
I realize this is bieng posted in the wrong forum. But I purposly posted it in this section. The reason bieng I was a little scared to attempt to port my own TB. But one day I finally got up the ***** to attempt it I had some trouble at first. But once I got the hang of everything it was a breeze. I realize this isnt the best job thats been done but it looks pretty good for my first time. So this is for all you newbies debating about porting your own TB. Dont worry just TRY IT!

Looks to me like you still have that restrictive lip near the blade. Props to you for attempting it on your own though. Just take your time and you'll get there. I tried my own and went a little too far with removing material and now have a small pinhole in mine (fortunately found a ported one for sale in the for sale section to replace it). Be careful and take your time, it'll work out in the end. Good luck.

I think the picture looks worse than the throttle body. Take a better picture and you would probably get better responses. From the way the picture looks it looks like you dropped the throttle blade in the garbage disposal, and I doubt someone could make it look that bad without trying.
