ummm...

NO!

I wouldn't worry too much about mileage. You could get an 02SS for around $20k with 30-40k miles on it. That price is ridiculously high. They are just trying to catch someone off guard that is willing to pay a lot for low mileage.

personally i dont car too much about the year as long as its 2000 and up i am goin to get head cam ls6 intake and everything anyways so this already has it.....i usually would never buy a pre-modded car cause i hate that and that usually means it was beat to hell...but if the car runs good then its the exact parts io was about to do to mine and mines just ******* up everytime i mod

damn were do yall find these cars then cause i personally dont care about the year id rather get a car with low miles?? i mean i think 20 with all those moda and only 15,000 miles isnt bad at all...i mean the diff between a 2000 and an 02 is slight ls6 intake and stuff but this is a H/C car so is it really not worht it if someone could show me a cheaper one id be happy?

personally i wouldn't buy a very modded car. you know it was run hard and you don't want to walk into someone else's nightmare. both cars are too expensive for my tastes. i got my formy for $14,500 w/24k on the clock. camaros go for even less than firebirds. you can do better.

i wouldn't worry about getting an SS. you can pick up a hood and make your own SS for A LOT cheaper.

Why wouldn't you get a 99 or 98? Do they have problems or something? (Probably something I'm not aware of)

i would bet his reasoning is he doesn't want the 98-99 head castings.
