Traction Control?

Traction Control? I just bought a 1998 Camaro Z28 with 93k on it, the one shown below. It does not have an ASR switch on the dash, and I was wondering if that means that it is always on or always off, and how do you like my car?
Slp Lid, Cold Air, MAF Sensor, Port And Polished T/B, Slp Loudmouth, Drilled and Slotted Rotors.

same with my 99 Ta, only I was in heavy rain and I hit a puddle at 65 and the traction light came on the dash and I felt the abs kick in, I guess we do but we don't. I don't know. I don't have a switch either.
