the MS4 cam is AWSOME 4 all out power and can be a very street friendly cam with a good tune minor bolt on cars are making in excess of 400+ RWHP texas speed did there dyno tuning on a bone stock 01 SS and got 80RWHP from nothing but the cam!!!! some things to keep in mind with this cam in a auto car is the stall i would sugest getting one befor you install this cam or any other large agressive cam.most of the guys i have talked to are runnin 2500-3500 stalls with the MS4 cam. other good ideas are headers and gears. with a good stall, headers, and a set of gears it would be a perfect platform for the MS4 POWER!!!!

Seriously, you need to do some research. Better yet, your friend needs to do research.
Start with the SEARCH BUTTON and the STICKIES. Here are the most relevant (sp?) stickies:

Your friend is nowhere near ready to get a cam. Supporting mods first. Bolt ons and a torque converter. Search around, read stickies, read posts, etc in the external engine and automatic transmissions sections.

Bolt Ons first.
Then he needs to do a couple months research, getting a cam is a big deal and you need to know how to match your setup before spending all this money and risk having to do it all over again.
Personally bigger cams does are not always the best, especially on street automatics. I would do research on a stall converter to install along with the cam andmake sure you have intake and exhaust mods as well. Also dont forget about fuel injectors!

Rule of thumb, any cam with a LSA greater than half the
advertised duration is going to be an extra tuning effort
kind of deal. I have spent a lot of hours helping a local guy
who put a 230-range, 114LSA cam trying to get idle and
cruise surging etc. under control. In contrast my 224,
116LSA needed only a couple of tables that I did for his,
to catch after the install and idle pretty OK.
Stock heads and intake don't need a crazy big cam. Gears
have nothing to do with cam (other than putting your cruise
RPM up to where it hides the crappiness of the low end).
Converter does matter because it unloads the low end some.
You can make nice power and good track times on a "little"
224 or 228 cam, and do a lot less fighting with drivability.
Maybe you / your buddy ought to take a leisurely walk
through the dyno section, read every stinkin' post and
keep track of what the smallest cam is that meets the
notional number goal. This (not the biggest, baddest,
hypedest-this-monthest cam) should be your bogey.
Step back from the hype. Go in the 12-second, 11-,
10-second sections and see who's running what,
keep in mind that times are suspension / tires and trap
is power (both, following weight) and see what's the
smallest you can get away with.

Well I think all the exhaust should get finish install today along with the gears .however we still haven't found anyone to do the cam and valve train.and we have time today nitrous kit should go in to.so illpost up some numbers after we get the car dyno.
