It'll be fine, swap parts people have mentioned already (oil pump, lifters, springs, etc) and it'll run better then it did before.

Put an MS4 in my car yesterday. Gonna start the beast up this afternoon and my car has 111k on it. Just get the appropriate stuff and make sure you engine is running up to spec with no problems and you will be fine. Hell, I post a video up here later to show it can be done without issues.

The cam was already in when I bought the car at 90k miles. But, I blew the engine doing a burnout with no cutoff...I was stupid and a newb to mods so I had to pay to learn. The cam is still in with my forged 346. Like others said, refresh everything you can and your engine will run better than new!!

over 150k here just do an oil pump and timing chain set...id also do arp rod bolts aswell JMO mileage doesnt hurt these cars i run faster at the track than 50k cars with the same engine....
