Default 1998 m6 trans am vs 2003-2005 sti?

What do you think? From a roll, all I mainly have is the slp airbox so im pretty much stock but from experiences what would you guys say..yes not a hard win or no. The sti is either a 2003,2004, or 2005 model it doesnt seem like its a brand new one and its black. When i get more info on the year well see if that makes a diff. but yea...

those sti's are very common here on "almoast northpole" the 2.5l sti is a bitch to race.. they take down to 1.5sec 60f on crap tires, stock cars here are goin high 12's on usualy about 105mph,

i have reaced few friends that has sti's and Evo's, stock the evo is easyer, i should be able to take the sti from rolling, but no mistakes my friends

From a dig he would probably beat you unless you can REALLY drive (or he can't). From a 55+ roll, it would be close, but I would think you would be pulling slightly (and I mean SLIGHTLY).

Keeping in line with the site rules for the street racing section, this thread is being locked.

When you actually do the race, feel free to post the details in the Street Racing section. No "what if/who will win" threads though.
