A few newbee questions?
1. I am wanting to install a lid, headers, and maybe a 80mm tb to my stock 2000 SS. Will any of these mods throw any codes or will i need a programmer to make some adjustments? Sorry if stupid question.
2. Also what programmer would you guys rec.
Thanks in advance!

Headers may need o2 sims to avoid throwing a code. Also, if you go with LTs they won't bolt up to your stock catback, w/o modification. The lid is a good mod, but the 80 tb is questionable. Why do you want to do this? Better off getting a used ls6 IM.

Tuned on a dyno and don't do it on a dynojet. Find someone with a Mustang(the brand) dyno or a dynomite dyno. These have the eddie current loader on them to simulate load on a car thus showing true numbers to the wheels and making tuning easier.
tennz28 o2 sims are in the $150 range I believe and you can get a tune done for around $200.

$200..... I paid $450 for my tune, but a few months before I got the tune I got my 02's tuned out and it cost $20 I think it wasnt much.
