Question for the NANO users.

Question for the NANO users.
I need to know what jets you guys use.. I need to see whats going on here as im getting frustrated.
I am having a hell of a time trying to get my A/F right.. I finally got it dialed in N/A with a 12.8-13.0 A/F all the way down the track.
Time for the spray, I have the 100 shot N20 (52 jet) and used the 150 shot fuel (38 jet) and it hits 13.8 - 14.0 A/F and I just switched it off at the 330' mark and run it out..
So go back to the pits, I leave the 100 shot N20 in (52 jet) and throw in the 200 shot fuel (46 jet) and its gets to 12.8 - 13.0 on the A/F, better, but why suck a big *** fuel jet.. ??
So, what are you guys seeing? Im trying to see if my fuel pump is getting lazy, I have the FPSS to turn everything off at 50PSI so the PSI doesn't drop below that..
Any suggestions would help, thanks.

With the NANO, it stayed at ~950psi all the way down the track like its suppose to.
I suppose I could test it again and double check it, I have a fuel pressure gage on the rail. I used my volt meter (the continuity check) and watched the pressure drop when the car bleeds down and thats how I know where its set at. I have the activation side of the noids in series with it.
I did put a new 255 pump in at the begining of the year, starting to think something up with that.
I did have the car running and hit the fuel noid (draining into a bucket) and it drops from 60psi on the rail to 40psi when its activated. So, it is seeing a 20psi drop with an open -4.

Well, I talked to Chris a little while ago.. I need to find what jets NX recommends and what jets Nirto Daves recomends with their plate system.
I told Chris I was going off what the NX sheet says and he says to use their jet settings. So, I need to find both sheets to see what jet sizes and how different they are.
FYI, take off the NANO hose that attaches to the check vavle on the N20 bottle while refilling. I learned it the hardway and from what they said is the regulator got damaged.

I was using a NOS bottle heater thats set to 950psi and Nitro Dave's noids that need to see 1050psi. Not sure if that made a huge difference, but I know that Nitro Daves jets their kits according to fuel pressure and nitrous pressure.
Thanks for the heads up!!!!

Thats the thing, ND 's plate system recommends XX jet sizes for their plate while NX recommends XX for their nozzle systems. Then, you throw in the 20% different that the NANO requires it can get quit confusing.
So, if I can get a list of NX jet sizes that work with the NANO'ed Nitro Dave plate system, I think that can be some very important info and maybe add it to the sticky.
Here is what NX recommends with their nozzle systems and by what I go by cause it had the little paper in the baggy.
HP N20 // Fuel
50 HP = 35 and a 22
75 HP = 41 and 28
100 = 52 and 33
150 = 62 and 38
200 = 78 and 46
I have to run 52/46 to get my AF at 12.8-13.0. So, I am in the process of getting the jets (NX size whatever number that is) to run 225, 250, 275, 300 fuel shot size to keep it on the same table as I have been using then make my own.
I need to find what ND's recommends with their plate system to see how far off I am from the NX table.

Trevor has one fast car.. Dont think I will hit a 10.4. UNLESS, I can pull off a serious 1.3X 60'!

How old are your NX noids?
#18
I talked with Craig over at NX, from I described and what he described, the fuel NX noid is opening up like its suppose to, if thats what your getting at. I was surprised on how little they open, but he agreed. So, the noids are working properly.
Im starting to belive more and more that with the NANO system, the Nitro Dave's plate system and using the NX suggested nozzles is making it look like it needs a **** TON more fuel.. But, as long as I am getting my AF ratio to go in the right direction, I suppose its all good.

They are 2 years old.. I only sprayed 2 or 3 bottles this year, and about 20 bottle last year.

You never know, it might say to use XX jets and be pretty close to what I am running now, - the 20% from the NANO on the N20 side.
You have to remember that the NX is for a nozzle and ND plate system uses different jets.. Just wanted to compare.
