BUT i still wanted it to pull good on motor so

i have 3.90s in my car, and on motor il can spin them easy. and one n20 i cant hook no matter what. 4.10s will be that much more of a pita. but if you got to a bigger tire the gear ratio all changes. but the 3.55 or 3.73 i think is ideal for you

I went from 4.11 to 3.73 in my car with a 408 + N2O. 2nd gear rolls from 40mph on spray are wicked. Car feels like it's going to do a bumper drag lol. The initial hit from the torque won't break them loose as easy in 1st on motor either, but I do run good tires (Hoosier DR's).
I was on the 6800rpm rev limiter at the 1000' in 4th with 4.11's and 315/35/17's. Went through the traps at 127.
I say go 3.73's unless you're wanting to run 28's, then you should think more about it.

I've got 3.73's and love them. If I was making the power you've got, I would go with 3.55's first or 3.73's second. You make pretty stout torque and will easily pull the 3.55's.

The only real downside about the 3.73's is getting out of the hole at the drag strip. My ET suffers a bit, but I'm not too concerned about running an ET, I want MPH.
When I get a new clutch in, I plan on trying a little more rpm/slip. Getting a 1.6x and maybe being able to spray 1st on 17's would be awesome. The car goes over 50mph in 1st gear, and that's a lot of time to jerk off waiting on the squeeze to come on in 2nd.

I have a 3:55 gear for sale. It was in my 9" for less than 3K miles. I switched from a TH 400 to a powerglide and went to 3:90's
It is a Motive Gear, it's the upgraded one that is double lapped and heat treated. When it was in my car it was as quiet as a stock gear. If you are interested I'm only asking $100.00 plus shipping. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I just do not have any use for it anymore.
Shoot me a PM if you are interested.
Thanks
