Mine gets pretty hot. If I lean my seat back enough, it feels like I have seat heaters.

Yes, take a look at the heater kits that have the pressure switch. They will automatically shut the system down once it reaches a pre-set pressure.

That's because you live in TN. Try living up north a little, you'll do anything to keep warm. Don't worry about me though, I do have the temp turned down a tad.

I have an NX heater and to be honest it doesn't get very warm. It's a tad slow on the warming especially in the colder weather. Even when it's running for a while you can put your hand on it no problems. Maybe it's just old idk.

Friend has a nx bottle both his bottle and mine were at 800 psi so we raced I gave him a 5 min head start before I turned on my bottle heater and I got my bottle up to 950 a few mins before he did. I have an hsw heater. The nomex is nice you can feel its warm but never actually tried touching hte inside section

The NX heaters are 240 watt, so a little less powerfull than most of the same design that are 300 watters. But, these are the ones I chose to run with dual heaters so as to limit the strain on my charging system. I have two like new for sale along with the transducers. Pressure based tranducers heat to pressure regardless of tempature, where as temp based transducers heat to a temp, normally about 85° which is about 950psi. The problem with temp based is when the bottle gets low they won't heat to the pressure you want, but a pressure based will heat any amount of n2o up to set pressure. I used to run 95° transducers and they will heat the bottle to about 1050/1100psi, but when you get down to about 3lbs left in the bottle that temp is not enough to get past about 600/800psi.
