Default nitrous botle location

ok, im wanting to mount by bottle on top of the gas tank in the bank, and i was wondering how much room i got between the tank and the sheet metal because i DO NOT want to screw into the tank! all help will be greatly appreciated!!

yea im not riskin it lol what about spare tire? ive seen ppl mountin brackets and i was wondering about the kind of brackets they make for it

All I used was some plate that I got for like $5 at a Tractor Supply. Used some sheet metal screws to mount it. Works great. I'll have to take some close pictures.

We have a 02 FB w/ an aluminum plate that fits in the T-top hole with the bottle mounted to the aluminum plate with the stock brackets. Works well and easy.

mines mounted in the spare tire area but mine is standing more straight up. its mounted up against the wheelwell. is this ok?

I'm feelin' that 860 mount. I was gonna buy one but I decided to build an all-aluminum bottle bracket mount/battery holder instead.
