Default 100 shot on a high mileage LS1 good idea or bad?

ok, i'm thinking about getting a 100 wet plate shot on my LS1 with 192,000 miles but i'm scared i might tear something up with that mileage. should i spend $400 on the kit or put it elsewhere?

Since your an auto your gonna have to be careful. You should be more worried bout that tranny going out than the motor.

haha I noticed the same thing.

Honestly if the car has a strong maintenance record, I wouldn't hesitate to spray it.
