Default Best head Gasket out there for spray?????

Just wanted some opinions on what is the best head gasket for nitrous. I have heard ls9 gaskets or MLS.
This is for a 300 shot of spray on a Iron block.

Cometic gaskets as long as you prep them well. I know a lot of people here have had good luck with them.

M MLS all the way.

I've hit mne with 400 before without any issues and they cost less than the others!

They haven't been out for very long, I have heard a few things about the heads themselves but nothing about the gaskets.

MLS gaskets with cooper kote (sp?) on both sides is the trick. That goes on all of our motors, no probs with gaskets EVER!

Can you describe the trick a little more, do they sell the mls gasket with that. or is it something you apply to the gasket

I used the stock GM 5.7L MLS gasket on my old 346. I hit it with a 300 shot right out of the gate with no issues except a broken 12 bolt and tranny. I use the stock 6.2L MLS gasket now but I haven't been able to spray it yet.

I run the ls9 gaskets on my ls2 but it just went together. The copper spray you just hang the gasket spray both sides let it get tacky then through it on. My tuner runs the ls9's with copper spray on plenty of cars he built ranging from my car 420's-1100whp cars. I only spray 100 but will most likely work up to a 150 shot Friday at the rental.

The copper spray helps coat and keep the gasket sealed to the deck.

It is a good trick. Some grudge racers I know also swear by using that block seal **** with copper in it for their radiator and cooling system.

I think it's mainly the copper that helps seal than the rest of that **** in block seal.

Copper head gaskets are what some heads up racers under big boost or nitrous.

Copper coat FTW!!!

I swear a racer could fix his car solely with WD-40, Duct tape and copper coat lol.

I hit a pretty healthy shot with the good old 5.7L GM MLS, installed dry. This was a fairly simple build though. Wasn't really concerned about quench, or anything. For the price and availability, they were a great gasket.
