Default hidden dry or disguise wet

hey guys, i have a stock ls1 with bolt ons looking to get a nitrous setup soon. i was looking to do a hidden 150 dry shot or a wet 150 nozzle/plate.

so is it worth it to have to buy injectors and a fuel pump to run a 150 dry shot (or more ?) and have it completely hidden?

or better off to have a nozzle on the bottom of the bellow with some loom.

last option was a plate system with some loom over everything.

i know i wont be able to hide the wet kits 100 percent but i really dont want it there for the whole world to see.

so what do you guys think?

go wet, much easier. i used to have my wet kit completly hidden, but honestly, i can never find anyone to race and even if i did, it would be a highway race and have no idea what was done to the others car so there was really no point to hide it. just my $.02

You can really go any of those three ways. My input would be to just do a plate system. You really don't notice it as much as you'd think.

Yea we did this on a customers T/A as well. The higher T/A air boxes allow for the solenoid to be mounted under it as well.

people will know your spraying after a few runs so if your hiding it for that reason i see hiding systems to be pointless especially with 150 shot.

I agree with itsslow98... why hide it??? after you run one or two people, everyone else will know you're spraying. So you better bet Big on the frist race. lol Unless you hop from town to town racing, I see no point in hiding it. but like Nick said, People dont usually notice the Plate if you cover the lines. Im running their plate now, and have to point it out usually.

money maker FTW.

i was shown a picture of the moneymaker and i was under the impression that someone screwed up and only sent me a picture of the intake manifold.

i said WTF, i wanted a picture of the nitrous setup.

The problem with hiding anything is that anyone who knows their way around these cars will know where to look. Even with setups like the moneymaker, there are ways to determine if there's a kit on the car.

Unless you race with idiots or just want a really clean install, it's kind of pointless.

the only way you can tell the money maker is there is to seriously look under the intake. unless your buried *** deep in that engine bay, your not going to get a good enough look under the intake to see it.

If you are new to the jug, I would suggest going with a simple/clean plate kit. This makes it so much easier to troubleshoot any problems that may arise.

If you're a grudge racer, you already fucked up by posting up that you're looking for spray, so you might as well not try to hide it
