Default 200 shot not making power

I am spraying a 73 nitrous jet and a 36 fuel jet through a wet kit. Naturally aspirated it made 320 which is fine I geuss. One the spray in barely made 400. What gives. I know this is alot juice on a stock ls1, but the tuner and I kept going because the gains were still so small. This isn't normal is it? The tuner kept the af @ 11.5, no lean spikes, no codes, sounded good and zero bottle pressure issues. Bottle was @ 950 every time, the dyno just never showed the gains. It did make 450 torque but even that is pretty low. The tuner is very good, so not to bash him, but what is the deal. He says it is just the way that my car is. Also this is on a mustang dyno. Any input would be helpful.

what transmission ? 80 rw is very low on a 200 hit .if automatic it may be the stall.if m6 are you sure the clutch is holding ? either way it should pick up alot more than what it is.

the clutch is good its spec 3+. Not the best but it should hold my modest power levels. The m6 is in good condition and all pulls were done in 4th. The N/A stuff is all in the ball park for limited bolt ons, but the nitrous is pissing me off. The tuner saying it is just all it will make is what is really getting me. I see other stock head, stock cam ls1s putting down much bigger numbers.

What is your timming? What plugs do you have?
what kit are you running?
How do you have it wired in?
Do you have it on a window switch or progressive?
Something is wrong somwhere man you should have more power. Really thats to much spray for a stock ls1. I would go back down to a 100 shot. Also have you replaced the fuel pump in the car?

timining is minus 7 off the N/A tune. AF is 11.5, plugs are minus 2 degrees gapped at .30. Nitrous is not progressive and is on from 3000 to 6000 with a window switch. I will go back to a 150 shot when I can get more than 80 from a 200 shot. If the jets for the 150 shot had made any power I would have stayed there. the 150 made about 60 hp. the 50 shot makes about 50 though?? The car ripps but the dyno says it sould be slow. I'm confused.

if stock fuel pump could probaly stand to use a lil bigger fuel jet. dont see it making a drastic improvement on a stock motor but may help. have any FP #s during WOT?

11.5 is to rich but shoudl not be the only probelm. I would guess the 02 is off and its actually richer than that. did you log rpm vs mph? is it correct or is the clutch slipping. you say 7 degrees off of n/a ....whats the n/a timming? was the dyno graph smooth?

Did you double check and make sure the jets are in correctly?

Not very smart to keep going up on the jet because its not making power.
Figure out why its not making power dont just throw more jet at it.
Your gonna hurt that motor BAD !
Fire your tuner if he doesnt know this.

His first sign the tuner is not "excellent" at tunning was the post we kept the tune at 11.5 with no lean spikes. LOL . 2)Not one mention of looking at a plug which is ok since they were on the dyno 3)....

There are 1K "excellent" nitrous tuners on here just like this guy....

Maybe your noids don't support a 200 shot and the restriction is the noid not the jet.

I had the same problem one time.

1st make sure u have a good bottle filled
2nd swap ur N2O noid
3 I bought a brand new Dual stage Shark Nozzle a few years ago when i was installing a second stage on my car. It only gained 45hp on 1 stage and 30 on the other. first was set at 150 and the second 75hp..it just would go. Come to find out the brand new nozzle was a defective..i installed my old single shark nozzle it was fixed. Not sure what plate or nozzle u have but it sounds u dont have enough N2O getting into ur motor.Did u check ur N2O filter?

My guess is bad fill or the nitrous isnt making its way to where it should whether its a restriction in the main line or solenoid or filter.

I run 31* timing N/A and 15* for a 200 shot on a single shark nozzle I use a 73n-41f to start. I don't have logging software for my wideband. Fueling was on the rich, but safe side. Timing was close to dead nuts on.

It's hard to help you when you don't post: kit, solenoids, nozzle, plate, or line sizes.

Troubleshoot your entire system. Start by weighing your bottle, test solenoids, test nozzle/plate for spray pattern. Re-jet for 100 and dial in. Once dialed in, go up in 50hp increments once dialed in.
