has anyone else had to mix jets with the NX maf kit in order to richen it up some? i had to pop the 150 fuel jet in order not too lean out on my H/C setup. is this normal?

how is your fuel supply? and bottle pressure?

nx normally is very conservative with most of the thier jetting. but with a modified car, you may need to do some tuning your self.

i would not reqamend it. if it is running too lean or rich, and you are positive you have the correct jets in it, i would say you have other problems elsewhere.

everything else is perfect. for some reason it went lean but is doing fine with the 150 fuel pill.

hard to say. if you have a stock fuel pump, you might be maxxing it out with your setup. i think 500rwhp or so is all they can take and with a H/C motor and spray, it is very easy to get more then that. have you changed your fuel filter lately? maybe it is that simple.

FWIW I always independantly verify my A/F with a wideband to pick the fuel jet, regardless of what the vendor recommends.. They provide a jet map to match a basically stock vehicle, and they can't really predict all the variables.

i have a walbro 340 in it. it has a lean spike of 14:1 at 4500 rpm then levels out to 12.8:1 all the way to 6500 rpm. is that normal. i really doubt i am running out of fuel since i am at 4200 feet above sea level.

all is well after a few street runs on the 100 jets via EFI live. i have a hunch that the shops wideband is fucd.
