Help me spray a 250 shot the right way WITH TRACTION
My new motor is in my sig below. It was build by SNL in Texas and they said with the piston and ring gaps a 250 shot will be safe.
I have a ZEX pt #82032 LS1 Direct port kit that is not my favorite but it came with the car. I was spraying a 150 shot last summer with T6's and not having any problems. I was using my timing tuner (HP in a box) to pull 6 deg which put me at 20.
I know I need a stand alone and will be ordering the fuse Nitrous Outlet one today, but what pressure should I start out with for a 150, then 200 ,and 250 shot? ( i will be running C-16 in the stand alone and 92 in the car)
What plugs should I run if I am gong to start at 150 and go up from there to a 250?
What about timing ? I have HP tuners now so I could ditch the HP in a box if I get something else with a window switch.
Which progressive controller would be the best route, so I can have a good 60 foot but not loose traction. (I will be running ET street radials 315/35/17)

The fuel pressure really does not have anything to do with shot size. Since you are running a direct port I would like to see you on a 10psi tune up.
For a 150-200hp worth, I would run a br7ef. For 200+ a br8efs at the least.
Timing will depend on the shot size and there is no set number.
The NOS mini or FJO progressive would handle your needs. ( We carry both. )

So if I am spraying a 175 shopt to start on 315 wide ET street radials at say 12 psi.
How much of a % hit should i give it off the line %50 hit. Should I start with any time delay?
I have a M6 with a good clutch should i leave at 6800 ie.. on the limiter?
I am just trying to get close without having to run 20 passes. (Since the track will probably only have time for me to run 5 or 6 passes) and it is a 400 mile round trip to the track and back
How ar those BR8's going to run on the street N/A ?

Yes it is true I just purchased the nitrous outlet stand alone and a nitrous outlet progressive controler from Trl.

They are just like the bias-ply ET Streets but more stable on the big end. The good thing about them too is that they come in a 27" size so you don't have to go with a 26" slick and the tire be too small and not having to go to a 28" that requires you to cut some of the car to create room for te tire to expand.

I would not get the FJO get N20 controller, Got with a #8 ngk for a 200 if you do a 250 ge the #9 plug.
You want to work your way up on nitrous get the 175 shot lined out then go up to the 200 then work your way up. Will your motor hold that much spray?
You need a dedicated for sure if you are going to a bigger shot.
As far as hitting it out of the hole. That is all suspension set up. If you car is set up right and the track is prepped well I hit mine with a 200 shot right out of the gate off the trans break. Planing on working it up to a 300 shot this summer by reading the plugs af and watching the tune.
It takes time to get a car lined out. You just dont throw big jets in and start running. thats where people hurt blow crap up. lol
