You are difinitely going to need to upgrade the pump to the 255 you have and might also have to add a hotwire harness to pair with the pump in order to spray the car. A walbro 255 by itself is good to newhere around 550-600rwhp in most cases.

For the system we make a very nice Vehicle Specific Plate setup

For the controller I would suggest the NOS Mini Progressive which is a nice unit. [ We are currently going through a re-design on our switch's and will be a couple of months before they are ready for sale ]

Depending on your current power level you should be able to hit the 600+RWHP mark with a 150-175hp shot.

On the heater/ nano question you could do either... Both work good but the Nano will give you a 100% constant bottle pressure unitl the bottle is empty where the bottle heater would have a pressure drop as you made passes.

Thank Chris. Im currently @ around 470whp. Think I should sink some coins into a 340LPH pump then?? Or would I be better doing a stand alone fuel system. I have deleted the washer fluid tank so I have room to put it there.

No matter wet or dry you will need to upgrade the fuel system. The racetronix system will usually support about 650 rear wheel hp. Even with the racetronix you may be playing with the border line of what it will support, so a desicated may be something to look into.

I personally am not a fan of doing a dry system with teh factory PCM. However I have installed and tuned many of them. If I were to do a dry system I would do it using the EFI Live custom operating system to add the fueling and remove the timming. It is by far the most reliable and best way of doing it.

First off, nice car & What a build! I have a much more tame (mostly stock) 01 QS Z06....

Don't even think about spraying a dry shot with those 30lb injectors on the motor. Get the 42lbers installed ASAP.

Nitro Dave is the nitrous man, so believe what he says, but I gotta throw my $0.02 in and say that a proficient tuner could use HP Tuners to handle the tuning.

Ive got HPTuners all of my own stuff. I'm already about 87% duty Cycle @ WOT on the SVO 30lb injectors (Really 36lbs @ GM 58psi). So I will be installing the Lucas 42lb injectors before the spray. Still cant Decide Wet/Dry

With dry, one concern might be that you would have the car tuned for the
nitrous all the time unless of course HP Tuners has done something like EFI Live's COS5 Nitrous tuning setup. This means you are running around rich with less than optimal spark. With wet, the worse case is you have reduced spark, but have a good mixture when not on the spray. One good thing about dry is you don't have to worry about a failure of a fuel solenoid, thus melt down.

- upgrade the fuel system.
- get the nitrous outlet plate wet system.

Doesn't the HSW A/F interface linked with the timing twisted I'm currently using as a simple two step bridge the gap between HPTuners vs. EFI live in the tuning??

http://www.harrisspeedworks.com/prod...&cat=57&page=1

Maybe I'm misunderstanding this product a litte?? (Thats why I'm asking your guys opinon!!)

As for the fuel system what should be suffice @ 600-620whp car N20 car?? 42lb inj + Walbro 255lph pump??

Some people are using the interface. I dont like the way it works. While some people have had good luck with it many have not.

EFI live is the way to go if you are going dry.

Myself I would keep it simple and put one of our wet systems on it.
