Default KY-Turbo Inc and Nitrous Cars....

Yeah we do a little bit more than Turbo setups and fabrication. After all, Headers are Headers. The diffrent is where you point them....

Brian Black needed something bigger. Something in the Range of 2 1/4" Primaries and 4.5" Collectors. I happily obliged to knock out a set of Custom One off Long Tubes for him. He brought the car down to the shop and dropped it off. A week later he picked it up along with the Headers in the Pics Below.

Cant say we didnt think about Boost.....

Headers:

From this....

To this....

Plug Access is like stock manifolds. No Swivel sockets needed.

Ground clearance is no worse than his previous Kooks 2" primary Headers.

How many hours do you have into these? I ask because I was considering building my own headers. Also most everyone always TIGs hearders. Do you think it would be that much more dificult with a MIG?

They are dead sexy regardless!

As far as hours I dunno. Dont really keep up with hours. As far as MIG welding headers, I wont do it. Just not my thing.

Thanks for the Props everyone. We do some wild **** at the shop. 75% of it never makes it the the forums. I have a big Expansion is in the works. Gonna give the Big shops a run for the money, or at leat make them work harder for it.

Do you not MIG headers because once you can TIG you don't MIG much of anything anymore, or is it that much harder to keep the welds looking nice without a million hours of grinding.

TIG is just quicker and easier for me. Looks better. Less heat. No wires strands int he tube's.

Thanks. As for the Collectors, like everything else we all have our idea's of what works and what doesnt. Brian's car works.

Thanks. These can be made on a Mail order Basis. They are built one off. They are not Cheap by any means. They will be quoted on a Build By Build Basis. We can accomodate most Tube K-members with or with out Plates.

For the guys with High End heads with Raised Runners/Ports/Ect we need a Single head to do the Mock up and Build.

Just food for thought.
