Default New Track Times

11.43@ 116.9mph, 60ft=1.71

Stock internals, no headers, just the mods in sig and Full shot NOS 5177 (No Jets).

Previous time below.
I'm a happy camper. I can't wait to go H/C W-Headers and pulley.
10's here I come.

Nope, From what I gather from other poeple that do it it is around 130-140 rwhp shot. The system is limited by its small twin noids and cannot deliver more.

Josey,
I just kept increasing overtime while monitoring AFR/Timing @ WOT. Somehow the combo still works on stock tune. However let me point out that premium gasoline here is 98 octane and I'm running NGK's TR6's gapped .040

New motor no, new tranny YES (I'm ammazed the stock one still holds) haven't deleted TM though.

FWIW a 5177 w/o jets usually dynos 110-120rwhp here, I could see 140 if the bottle pressure was way up there..

Excellent numbers, you would be amazed what just the headers will pick up

Thanks to all for the props.
KP, I run 1200 PSI pressure, like i said those Hp #'s were a guess. I expect between .1-.2 sec gain with headers
Shoulder, At the track I'm running MT ET's 26x10.5x16

Hell, with headers and a better 60' you could probably hit 10's stock internal.

Nice run.

I agree with u bad 2000ss, I've done a 1.68 but that is my best. I've tried multiple techniques and they all seem to yield similar results.
1- Brake stalling
2-launch from Idle
3- launch with N2O at idle

I'm starting to think that the only way I can do it is by going to a higher stall, maybe 4200/4400 or so.
Headers are going in end of this month. MACs with flange mod and 3" ORY.

I guess these 01's just love the 5177Kit with no jets, I have run upwards of 300 passes(1/4 mile) and all in the 11.68@118-12.00@115 depending on 60'.

My car has 342 gear, cutout, alum DS, and NO jets, and Convo Pros.

no lid, no converter, no headers, still has cats even...

Hi Repo,
I was sceptic and weary at first but I took it step by step and finaly enjoyed the results. I bet if you take your cats off you'll hit 11.5 or close.
